Later  on in our day we had our auditions for our Christmas show ,The Grinch, where we cast our roles. We then started to make our reindeers hats for part of our show cutting and sticking different textures to make fur.

Tuesday is cooking day, where we started off our garlic bread process with making our dough we added all of the ingredients into our bowls and mixed it all together with our hands, once all of the ingredients were combined we kneaded the dough on the table pushing and pulling the bread until it was ready to be cooked in our oven. In the afternoon we added our garlic butter onto the top to finish our recipe. We enjoyed our garlic bread as our afternoon snack.

Our first rehearsal for our Christmas show was how we started our Wednesday morning, preparing our costumes and listening to our music. We then started to put the show together finding out what roles our characters have. On Wednesday afternoon we made our banner for our multicultural event, we have chosen to do China. We then learnt how to say hello in Mandarin.

The first day of December was a busy one from the moment we got into the classroom. Our classroom had been decorated by elves with Christmas trees and lots of lights. We got ready to start writing our letters to Father Christmas just before we headed to our advent assembly to start our Christmas celebrations, we also had our Christmas tree light switch on which was just magical. After lunch we had a wonderful visit from Chris Bostock who we spent our afternoon with as he told us some amazing stories.

Friday morning was our classes turn for half term achiever which our wonderful Kian got this time, we watched all our wonderful friends on the big screens. It was then time to finish off our Father Christmas letters which we gave to Bev to post off to Santa himself. When we were finished with our lunch we were invited by invitation to the Polar Express which took us all the way to our class cinema. When we arrived at the cinema we were greeted with pop corn and cups of tea ready to watch The Nutcracker.
