Our slimmer of the week was …….Linda……
We lost a total of 5kg this week
Our new running total is: 49.7kg (7st 12 ½ lbs)……
Well done to Lewis for braving the scales after a few weeks off and to Andy who is only 2kg from his Christmas target .
It’s now 3weeks until Christmas
We look forward to seeing everyone next week
