We had so much fun on our trip to Tynemouth Aquarium this week! We explored all areas of the aquarium linking to our topic this term of ‘Under the sea’. We started the day looking at all the different fish, experiencing the different lights and smells. We saw the turtles climbing up and down out of the water, the monkeys swinging on the rope as well as the seals swimming past us and even coming for a closer look. We even found the real Nemo and Dory! All the children we’re so engaged throughout the day and the weather even stayed nice for us! We enjoyed our dinner in the café and took a pit stop at the ice cream shop for everyone to have a try! Nutella ice cream was a great hit.
