Hello everyone.

What another fantastic week in class 3/4. The weeks are disappearing so fast. Only one week to go before a well-earned rest for both the children and staff!

This week in English we have been working on our feelings. We have been practising our happy, sad and angry faces. We continue with the story Stick Man for the next week and have been using what we have learned to sequence parts of the story.

In Maths we have continued using the language big and small and have been participating in board games to continue developing our turn taking and counting skills.

Science was a big hit this week as the children enjoyed smashing up some ice with a hammer to continue with learning about properties of materials.

Following on from the Christmas card making last week in Art, the judging took place this week and we are proud to say that Muhammed A was one of the winners with his fantastic design.
