Before moving onto our new topic (The Seaside) – Nursery/Reception 2 finished off the half term with a Teddy Bear’s picnic. Some of our parents and siblings were also able to make it too.

We began our adventure by playing ‘teddy tunes’ on our way to find the picnic.  To find where it was we all needed to follow the pawprints around the school grounds.  Once we got there everyone had a lovely time.  We had songs, musical instruments, picnic food and parachute games. It really was a lovely afternoon.

Today is also Battens Awareness Day and to highlight and support this everyone in School dressed in orange/bright colours – our whole school Assembly was an array of colour this morning!
