Welcome back to school everyone. We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year.

We have had a busy four days settling back into school. We talked together about what we would like for snack time and made a shopping list. Today we all walked to a local shop to buy the things on our list. The children all were very engaged, looking carefully for the different items. We also added a couple of special treats which weren’t on the list!

When we came back we unpacked and then practised writing about our trip out in our own little writing books. We look forward to eating the lovely food we bought.
