Fledglings have a great range of AFO friendly shoes in a variety of colours and patterns (from black to pink leopard print!) and sizes (K10 to adult 13) so there really is something for everyone.
Nancy Farmer and Jessica Silver met in the playground aged six. Fast forward over 30 years and they run Friendly Shoes UK together – easy-on shoes that people are proud to wear.
They started Friendly Shoes UK after realising how hard it was to find accessible footwear. Nancy is a physiotherapist and Jessica has a family history of problem feet, so they know the importance of wearing the right shoes! All their shoes feature deep zips, are wide fit, accommodate AFOs and are lightweight.
