What another busy week we have had!

Our highlight of the week has been our Bake Off win!

For Harvest Festival, we each choose a country which represented a member of our class and baked some food from that country, which would be judged in assembly. We chose Nepal to represent Subasna and her family.

We had a fun afternoon exploring flour and dough, creating our Nepalese ‘Gurung Bread’. We enjoyed listening to some music from Nepal while we worked too!

When it was assembly time, it was lovely to see all the different countries, cultures and cuisines represented in Hadrian School. After a sampling of our bread from the judges, we were awarded a million, billion, squillion points – making us the clear winners! We were all very pleased and loved our medals from Mr. Rollings.

As well as this, we have had a visit from an army truck, painted and played outside to name just a few other things we have enjoyed!
