It has been a very busy term with lots of activities and rehearsals for King Lear. The children have worked very hard over the term doing their regular lessons and having lots of fun.

However this week we could only concentrate on the rehearsals and the Easter activities. The children made Easter cards, and their very own baskets and learnt about the Easter story. They also had an Easter egg hunt where they worked together in teams and helped their friends find an egg each. We also had to design our own fairy house. The children gathered all the resources needed to put their fairy house together.

Today in assembly we had to say farewell to some of our staff, the children were very emotional and made cards for the staff to wish them well. The exciting part of the day was Lillie’s birthday. We had a party in the afternoon and ate some delicious chocolate cake.
