What a blast we have had this week! We have had such a fun filled week full of a range of  different activities.

On Monday our Year 6’s took a trip down to Newburn leisure center and rode on the bikes down there. They were great fun and we enjoyed zooming round the hall on a range of different bikes. We also really enjoyed the pub lunch afterwards at the Keilman’s. Once we had finished our pub lunch, we then ventured into the park and had a lovely play with everyone.

While our Year 6’s were out at Newburn, our Year 4 and 5’s took a trip down to Lidl to do some shopping for their food tech on Tuesday. They were all very sensible while at the shops and they made some lovely Brazilian Brigaderio’s for the Carnival.

On Tuesday, Out 6’s had an amazing session with the bubbleologist. It was completely memorizing and we really enjoyed having bubbles blown up around us. Following on from this we all joined back together for a beautiful carnival with the whole school. We were so excited for the carnival, as we have spent the half term preparing for it. We all looked incredible and we danced the day away with all our friends.

On Wednesday we all took a trip to the beach. Our Year 6’s went down to South Shields beach while the rest of us went down to Blyth beach for an ice-cream. While at South Shields, we were lucky enough to go on all the rides. They were so much fun, however they made us rather dizzy and we were certainly looking forwards to our Fish and chips afterwards.

On Thursday morning, we took a trip to Inflatanation in North Shields. This was extremely fun and we had so much fun climbing on different obstacles and zooming down all the different slides they had there. In the afternoon we all came back to school for a lovely movie afternoon with the rest of our class.

Today We have gone to Hall Hill farm in Durham; this was such a lovely day last year and we know it will be the exact same again today!

1 week left to go before we brake up, we cant wait! Enjoy your weekend and stay safe.
